Our Policy Regarding Cancellations

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. However, if your purchase is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.

To cancel an order, send an e-mail with "Cancel Order" in the subject field to orders@moosecocolate.com.
Include the following:

  1. Your name
  2. Date of your order
  3. Credit card transaction number
  4. Your e-mail address
  5. Your telephone number

Every effort to stop the order before shipping will be made, provided we have ample time to respond to your request for cancellation.
